About the event
Between April 2 and 4, the Brain Changes Initiative is hosting a 3-day symposium dedicated to the six pillars of brain health: aerobic exercise, cognitive exercise, nutrition, limiting harmful exposure, sleep hygiene and mindfulness.
We are thrilled to be driving the Freedom Adventure Bus (and you!) to and from the Ted-Talk style symposium on April 3, running between the Pro Patria Legion Branch 292 on 411 Gorge Rd East, and the Mary Winspear Centre (the venue). Can't attend? There will be virtual options on the last two days as well!
The Brain Changes Initiative is a non-profit group dedicated to providing advocacy, support and education for Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) survivors. Their founder, Dr Matthew Galati, overcame a severe injury, finished his medical degree, and founded Brain Changes Initiative to transform and support groundbreaking endeavors and research in brain health.
